Washing Instructions:
Remove LED Light
Wash in Cold Water
Lay Flat to Dry

Charging Instructions:

1. Remove LED Unit from headband
2. Insert LED unit into a standard USB charger (not included)
3. Look for red light to confirm unit is charging
4. Charge for 90 minutes for a complete charge
