Return Policy

Customers may return items in good condition sold and refilled by Roq Innovation within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns must be in unworn condition.

Return shipping is funded by the customer.

 

When returning a product, customers have one of two options:

1. The Customer can create their own shipping label and pay for the shipment charge when sending product back.
2. Roq Innovation can provide the customer with a return shipping label and the shipment cost will be deducted from their final refund.

 

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@roq-innovation.com and provide your order number, full name, best email address, and the shipping choice from above. We will then send you a return slip to include in the shipment to ensure you're properly refunded. 

 

Once your product is received by Roq Innovation, a refund will be issued within 5-7 days.
